We serve our 3-course menu in our rustic, cozy Augustiner cellar.
The menu:
Tomato consommé with galangal-coriander pancake stripes

Crispy leg of St. Martin‘s goose with stuffed apple,
red cabbage, kale, potato dumplings and strong jus

Baked apple tiramisu with lukewarm sour cherry compote
Vegetarian alternative:
Vegan tomato ravioli in arugula foam, melted cherry tomatoes and marinated arugula
