We serve our 3-course menu in our rustic, cozy Augustiner cellar.
The menu:
Ox essence with truffle royal and chestnut foam

Crispy leg of St. Martin‘s goose with stuffed apple,
Red cabbage, kale, potato dumplings and strong jus

Bavarian cream of milk chocolate,
Orange ganache and mulled wine and cherry compote
The menu can only be booked with pre-order!
